Hello all!
My name is Libby and although I am 21 years old (nearly...we're rounding up!), I am hopelessly lost in the kitchen. This year I moved into an apartment, and I made a promise to myself that each day, I would cook at least one recipe. I figured there must be a zillion other college kids in the same predicament, so maybe they'll find this blog and I'll make their lives a little easier. I am broke and inexperienced, so everything I cook is on a college budget and super easy. Anyway I hope some people stumble across this and enjoy!
